Bridgeway serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in and around Maysville, Kentucky. Our goal is to provide care, education, and employment opportunities so that our clients can live empowered and fulfilling lives. Our compassionate staff is also here to help with respite care and support for families and caregivers of our clients.

What We Do

Our Program & Services



Housing

We provide residential support through a group home, staffed residences, apartments and in-home Adult Foster Care.



Adult Day Training

Our goal-oriented day program is designed to build soft skills, life skills and job readiness.



Case Management

Our case managers coordinate and advocate for individuals and their families while assessing needs and identifying available resources.



Crisis Assistance

24/7 assistance is available through our hotline, along with respite care, food and utility assistance, and more.



CompTran

Our transportation system is available to help qualifying clients get to and from Day Training, medical appointments, and more.



PASRR

We can assist with the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), a tool used to ensure individuals are not inappropriately placed in nursing homes for long term care.



Business Partners

We are proud to partner with a wide range of local employers to offer job training and placement.



Another Man's Treasure

Our thrift store provides job training to our clients while selling donated items from our community, with all revenue put back into our job training programs.
