Myrissa began working at Bridgeway in 2013 as a Residential Specialist before accepting her current position in 2022. Here, she supports participants with intellectual/physical disabilities (I/DD), assists with crisis calls, and supervises the center’s Family Home Care Providers and the Community Living Support and Residential Specialists.
Myrissa says the desire to support people with an intellectual/physical disability brought her to Bridgeway and that the smiles and joy she sees on the faces of program participants are the most rewarding part of her job.
